The HARVEST (Helping Aquaculture Reap Value through Education, Support, and Training) Program connects Florida aquaculture businesses with motivated apprentices who are eager to learn and gain real-world experience. Whether you raise tropical fish, clams, oysters, food fish, shrimp, plants or other aquatic products, hosting an apprentice gives your business an extra set of hands while helping train the next generation of industry professionals.
